he's right it's got to be upper deck because when you click on yu-gi-oh at the top of the page and thn click on the fobbiden list and go in to the avanced format it comes up with the current list every last card!!!
 
This page appeared today. Meaning something must be happening. And notice how it says "Effective April 1st"

Expect the new list in the next day or so.
 
Yeah, its the real website. No one but UDE has the http://entertainment.upperdeck.com url except UDE. If you have a "up" function like I do, you'd see that it's a subdomain within their own website. This is obviously a template page as the last two preview ban lists had this URL. This is the exact same link that I'd been inadvertantly putting into the regional events postings before I realized it was a temporary page. The preview is the same address every year.
