okay Card of Sanctity does the following.

Remove all cards in your hand and on your side of the field from play. Draw cards until you have 2 cards in your hand.


Whats so 1000 dollars worth about that?


it is also a super rare in the TLM set.
 
somebody very desperate since currently is at 499 or some set of copies since i belive one of the persons that scored one ripped it and burned it.

I suppose it's not bad if you're top decking late game, but certainly won't go out of my way to get one.

The anime version kicked ass, shame they ruined it.
 
If the card behaved like it did in the anime then it would certainly be worth £/$1000 depending on where you live. And the best thing is that everyone can get the effect of drawing cards till their hands have 6 because it applies to both players. In truth more drawing cards in the game might be of more use, considering the amount of hand destruction there is. Yami Marik had a card that allowed you to draw 5 when an opponents monster had a change of atk. We do have Gamble, but it's risky and the Japanese did have Sixth Sense which I doubt we will ever see here in the UK because people will always choose 5 or 6 and don't mind discarding if it's just 4.

Anyway, Card of Sanctity has a unique effect for decks that take advantage to being removed from play so it will boost Gren Maju De Elza quite a bit or cards that take advantage of the RFG effect.

That's why I thought it to create a real card that worked like in the anime, since the effect applies to both players, the turn player only gains a small advantage.

This is where I disagree, if you did draw til you had 6, and you probablt set your whole hand first, then you can most likely win the game that turn.

Guess we'll never know :(

Though I suppose they could have compromised by making the text as follows;

"Remove all cards on your side of the field and in your hand from play. Both Players draw cards until you each have 6 cards in your hand".

That way it actually favours your opponent, so it's more a run at your own risk type card.
 
In the anime Kaiba has that card hand/card of demise shame that isn't out but whats the betting they wouldn't give it the same effect as the show. I would prefer the anime card of sanctity. Oh well.
 
actually if you combo that card with Spirit Mirro {mystical ref panel} then it can do some heavy damage.

also, its good in RFG with D. D. Scout Planes and Survivor From the Different Dimension. (comes out next set 1800atk)
 
draw till both players have six cards in there hand thats better than the english version u could use it with ced (traditional) that wood b fun
 
um sir its the same effect in the OCG as well.

the TV just made everybody belive on a card that isnt that existable.

yes its the best top deck in the world, actaully its better than Pot of Greed. but still.
 
Does it remove itself from the game? I mean...it is on the field as it resolves, but I suppose it might just go to the graveyard acting like Giant Trunade does.

I am curious, because I'm considering this for a deck based around Chaos End.

So it's already out if you people didn't realize it.

Note: I just realized, the thread starter already put that information in the thread title. My bad. Also this card isn't that bad. Use it with a low hand and with Scapegoat.
