Card Of Sanctity Ep1-en0

Erm...everyone knows it's out

Though technically you're wrong, it's in the EP1 set but it does NOT come in the booster pack itself, it was only given out in WBKids Sweepstakes around the time of the movies release and limited to a few hundred
 
If it's already out and we have access to collecting a few, technically I am not wrong. Either way it won't be worth more than $10 to most people and even then the EP version is worth more IMO just because less are available. Just cause it doesn't come in a normal booster pack doesn't mean I am not right. It's already released. It doesn't matter how it was released, it just is and that makes me right. Cyber Harpie Lady doesn't come in a booster pack, it's released. Kinetic Soldier is a promo and it's released and not in booster pack. I think I've made my point.
 
Heh, well you completely missed my point and made yourself look a little defensive...

My point was you were wrong in saying it was in the pack itself...seeing as it's not, just in the set.

Anyways, I wouldn;t even say the TLM CoS would be worth more then $5 to me...it's just toilet paper as far as I'm concerned...sure you can make an ok combo with it...but there are better. And saying the EP version is worth more is kind of an obvious point lol.
 
I think the card where both players draw 6 cards has been renamed : "Treasures Of Heaven".It was originally named "Card of Sanctity" but then Kids WB gave away a set and they had to change the name not to mix it up with the other one. Anyone know of this?
 
Coins from Heaven = Card of Sanctity. This is only the translation, and the actual "draw 6" card will not be released, at least to my knowledge.

"Remove all cards on your side of the field and in your hand from play. Both Players draw cards until you each have 6 cards in your hand".

That way it actually favours your opponent, so it's more a run at your own risk type card.

Actually, I playtested this effect of six card drawing, turn player always have advantage since like chaosruler said, you control the number of cards of you draw while non turn player can not, barring a few dust tornados. That means the card economy shifts in the turn player's favor, since a good player rarely plays out his/her hand unless she/he has to.

Of course it wouldn't be released, Konami know better then to re-release a card with a totally brand new effect close to what it should be...shame though...oh well

Not necesarily...you could set Dimension Fusion or hope it comes up next or have some description of a revival card (either from GY or RFG) and then you can go ahead and hit him for six...thing is CoS has to be played in very circumstancial times for it to be any real use as opposed to say Pot or Graceful C

Ok, this was a few weeks ago. Now if you were at the prerelease you could have one a lot easier (I do, oh joy.....). Unless playing some type of RFP deck with cards like Gren Maju Da Eiza, it is really horrible in my opinion. It would be better if having at least 1 card in your posession to remove were not manditory for the cost.

Oh, by the way, It was not in the Movie Pack! Kids WB gave away 500 to people who sent a postcard to them after one Saturday morning. This is the reason these 500 (or 499 from what I just read) are worth so much. Just like Cyber-Stein. There are only about 6 of them (SJC-EN001) and go for +$10,000 US on ebay (at least the one I watched went for like $23,500). Unless you are really into collecting every card in the game, the TLM Card of Sanctity is just as good as the EP1 one, and both are nothing like in the show. Duels in the show are based around the unrealistic card effects, and the absence of the best staples

What duel is like it is in the show? If they were and they used actual staples from the real card game, the duels wouldn't even last one episode. Kaiba "I activate White Dragon Ritual to summon Paladin of White Dragon, tribute him to summon a Blue Eyes White Dragon, now use Polymerization to fuse it with the two in my hand, bringing forth Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! hahahahaha" and the opponent goes "uh, Torrential Tribute, sucker." Sad, sad strategy.

Horrid Card...

This is truely a worthless card. The removing from play all your cards in hand and on the field is a cost so there are very few combos with it. At best a deck can be built around it (D.D. Survivor, D.D. Scout plane, Strike Ninja) And even then, all it does is give you a 1 card advantage, going threw all that trouble just to get that one extra card makes this card almost completely unusable. Just to clarify to a couple earlier posts, since RFGing the cards on your side of the field and in your hand is a cost to activate the card, if it is the only card that you have, you cant activate it. So, its a pretty useless topdecking card really. Shoulda been quickplay or had a better effect IMO.

haha, you all saw my posts before, scratch that.

i run this card in my deck, and trust me it works, well actually it works good in my deck because of the type of combos you can pull from it.

yes its a huge Gamble, but a card like that isnt supposed to be used all the time, just when you really need it.

the true card of sanctity

the 500-1000 dollar card is a promotional card distributed through the kids wb there are only 100 in existence. the cards effect is that both you and your opponent draw until you both have 7 cards. the Card of Sanctity from TLM just makes you to discard all cards in your hand and draw two. the promo was rename.
 
Sanctity

The card is NOT worth alot unless you have the promo Card of Sanctity given out to only about 100 kids from the kidsWB Channel. It's common and that's why it's worth so much. The super rare is worth no more than i'd say 5-10 dollars.
 
its the exact same card, for thouse still saying that it isnt, your incorrect and there is only 1 treasure gifts from heaven card released.

If said card, existed dont, you think, people would have boughten them and replaced their Pot of Greed with it?

6 is better than 2.

anything that is more than 3 is better. and with Pot of Greed goin in the world of Prohibition, it would make it a Most Wanted Card. which in this case, it isnt.

it oviously isnt a card you just toss in a deck and say, YAY i get draw power.

if anything its the opposite, you have to know what you get your self into when you play that card.
 
i have three copies of this card and if it were worth 500- 1000 dollars i would sell them in a heartbeat

but anyway i am about to use one now that Pot of Greed is banned!!!!!

i wouldnt recommend using it in any other decks besides a rfp deck with pot being banned..(myself and many ppl are using gard destruction for that..) altho im using it for a dark warrior/rfp deck that works pretty well....:)
