Card Trooper and any control switching cards

hey all, quick question, since i cant find any rulings for card trooper;

lets say my opponent has a cyber dragon and a card trooper on the field. if i were to brain control/creature swap/snatch steal the card trooper and ram it into the cyber dragon, would i draw a card? or would my opponent? or would neither of us get the draw from its effect when its destroyed? :?

Neither player will draw a card. It must be on your side of the field, destroyed, and go to your Graveyard.

If you control your opponent's Card Trooper, it goes to your opponent's Graveyard, thus not fulfilling the conditions.

Similarly, if your opponent controls your Card Trooper, it goes from their side of the field to your Graveyard, again not fulfilling the conditions.
