The Fiend Megacyber is not on Guard Penalty! At least I don't see it. In addition I love to classify cards and look at pictures for TCG card games.
e.g)Iron Blacksmith Kotetsu is forging Legendary Sword.
My list has been upgraded to a 67 page MSWord File.
