Little question

- Chaosrider Gustaph increase atk by 300 points for each card removed from play by his effect (for ex i remove 2 spell card and increase 600) or increase atk for ALL card that is removed....

If increase for all cards removed, increase the attack only for my card removed or for both my and my opponent's removed cards????????

Thanks

Text: By removing from play up to 2 Spell Cards in your Graveyard, increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each card removed from play, until the end of your opponent's next turn.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe it's talking for the cards you remove at the time, so no, chaosrider's attack can't go over 2000. The basis of my thoughts are: the magic words "by" and "up to", witch means cost and choice. The choice worcks for 1 or 2 card/s removed, witch implies that the "for each card removed from play" setance, witch is effect after cost, is for the cards removed at the time only.

Or something like that... :haveaday

It's 300 for each card. And they expire at the end of the turn. Occasius bolded the relevant portions of the text. "Up to 2" simply means if you only have 1 Spell Card, or you don't want his ATK going higher then 1700, then you can choose to do so.

And it's only cards you remove for his effect that time. If you've used his effect before and removed a number of Spell Cards, they do NOT count towards any later use of his effect. Gustaph can only ever get a maximum of +600 ATK by his effect.

It confuses me why it's a Super Rare, though (both in IOC and DR2). It's not that amazing. And it's not been in the TV series either, so it doesn't gain rarity from that.

The wording is ambiguous, though. It says to "increase the ATK of this card by 300 for each card removed from play." Clearly they mean to increase the ATK of this card by 300 for each card removed from play by his effect and to not count the cards that are already removed from play, but the wording isn't exactly clear on that.

^No fair, stealing my thoughts!:p

You forgot to steal them all, though. Bazoo has the same wording. I believe I mentioned that as well. ;)
The boost for Bazoo last until the end of your opponents next turn, so if he gains control of Bazoo on his turn, Bazoo would still have the increase given during the original controllers turn, and would get an additional increase if the new controlller removes cards.

The same applies to Chaosrider Gustaph.
