Chimeratech vs. Ring of Destruction

If I bring out Chimeratech via Future Fusion, can my opponent chain Ring of Destruction to it's summoning, or will it be destroyed first by Future Fusion's effect thus leaving my opponent without a target for Ring of Destruction?

Chimeratech Overdragon's effect occurs upon its summon, using the chain system. The effect of sending every card to the graveyard will have yet to resolve. Therefore, your opponent is still perfectly able to respond with Ring of Destruction, targetting Chimeratech Overdragon, destroying it and inflicting damage, and then afterwards, every card on your side of the field will be sent to the graveyard.
