conduction of the Battle Phase

If there no way to actually skip from Main Phase 1 to Main Phase 2...

Say my Time-Eater destroyed a monster in battle, and the effect is being applied.

If one enters the Battle Phase then exits to enter Main Phase 2, yet declared no attacks, does that mean the Battle Phase was conducted?

Say my Helpoemer can discard correct?

For Timeater's effect, if the player wishes to have a Main Phase, they must proceed through the Battle Phase first. They do not need to declare an attack, but those effects that trigger in the Battle Phase (such as the mentioned Helpoemer) will apply before they can enter their Main Phase 2.

i think u can go through with the battle phase if there is a monster in attack position on the field with time eater's effect then go to main phase 2.if u dont have any attack position monster on the field, you cannot conduct battle phase therefore cannot go to main phase 2.

You do not need to have any monsters on the field in order to conduct a battle phase. You don't need any cards in your hand or on the field to conduct a mainphase. They are parts of the game that are progressed through, there are no requirements for either.

Eventually these will all be posted on the official FAQ. However in UDE's past, the judges list was not open to anyone but other judges. Several of the rulings that we have are from the old Judges List (which has some of it archived here but it is missing some stuff too).

If you are a judge you may ask it on the current judge list and when they answer it will be available for anyone to search. Until then there are some rulings that are only available through judges.

Since some of you judges have access to Judge's List, I have a question on Phases:

Situation:
Player A has a "Berserk Gorilla" and "Summoned Skull" in his hand.
Player A also has a Set "Waboku".
Player A is the turn player.

Player B has a face-up ATK position "Red-Eyes B. Dragon".
Player B has "Helpoemer" in his Graveyard that was killed in battle.

Question:
Can Player A skip "Battle Phase" entirely in order to avoid "Helpoemer"'s effect, then summons "Berserk Gorilla" in Main Phase 2?

No. You can not go from Main Phase 1 to Main Phase 2 directly. You must go through the Battle Phase in order to get to Main Phase 2, otherwise you go directly to End Phase.
