Creature Swap + Morphing Jar

If my opponent Creature Swaps me his facedown Morphing Jar and then attacks it and it is flipped up, any Dark World monsters that are discarded from his hand, do their effects resolve as though it was my card effect or his card effect?

you control the card effect. So he gets both effects of say, Sillva, Warlord of Dark World, for example.
