My question is if my opponent has 2 mons on field does effect about destroying in battle apply?...or it is exactly 1 monster on field,exactly 2 and exactly 3.

Well, we won't really know for another month or so, but from the looks of it... exactly 1, exactly 2, exactly 3.

I could be wrong though.

Refer to Great Dezard effect, has the same type of effect but in a different manner, unless rulings say otherwise in the future.

So i take it, even if the opponent has 2 or 3, he will retain his previous effects.

If the text of Cyber Blader is being properly translated here, then Great Dezards effect is nothing like it. When Great Dezard destroys one monster then the first effect is applied, then it destroys another and the next effect is apllied on top of the last.

Cyber Bladers effect reads differently and would mot likely look for only 1, only 2 or only 3. Otherwise, that would ridiculously powerful.

- This card can be special summon by other card's effect

- This card three effect can only be activate if the number of monsters on opponent's field is EXACTLY the requirement

- Fusion subs cannot be use if you Fusion Summon this card

- The last effect means every effect of opponent's cards on the field would be negate as long as the requirement is meet

- Even if opponent have M/T cards on the field, this card effect would still be activate (it didn't mention "only have monster" in the card text

- For this card's "double the attack" effect, it don't only count the original attack but the attack strength of this card before it is doubled (or, equipments on this card would have double the power boost also)
