I turned on your Auto Linking feature--

The deck looks fast at the moment--- however to make it faster I would suggest 2 changes in this deck---

1) Drop the GB's for Magical Mallet x2----
2) Drop 1 of the TCS (you only need one) for a Card Destruction--

Those 2 changes should speed up the deck even more--- and don't worry about the CD vs. a random DW deck, unless your meta is full them.
 
IMO, dump the Cyber Dragon, Proto-Cyber Dragon, etc. to make a solid Cyber-Stein OTK deck.

Max Cyber-Stein, Max Megamorph, dump all Power Bond, don't need Inferno Reckless Summon. Put 3x Nimble for HP gain.

Seriously, you should either make a Cyber-Stein to get OTK, or make a Power Bonding OTK deck, not mix up both. (Cause if you make Power Bond OTK deck, you should add stuff like Shining Angel to get Proto-Cyber Dragon, and perhaps even Light HEX to special summon a Cyber Fusion monster without having to use Power Bond, etc.)
