Cyber Jar vs CED

I was just wondering if this was possible: I have a Cyber set on the field and a Compulsary Evacuation Device. I flip Cyber can I then chain CED to Cyber's effect and return the Cyber Jar to my hand? JUst want to know if this is possible.

Yes, It's possible. You can Chain to Cyber Jar's effect with CED (If you're NOT in Damage Step) and return Cyber Jar to your Hand and then resolve the effect of Cyber Jar.

That's a fun move, since you can use Cyber Jar's effect more than once !

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Enovy of the End is a Spell Speed 1 effect monster. You cannot chain with this effect.

The answer is Yes. If you flip summon Morphin Jar #2, you may respond with Compulsory Evacuation Device and designate Morphin Jar #2.
The answer is No if it is attacked.

There are two answers on this.

If your face-down MJ #2 is attacked, you can chain Compulsory Evacuation Device on it during Battle Step; However, MJ #2 will not flip and a replay will occur.

If you wait until Damage Step where MJ #2 is flipped due to battle, then it is too late to use CED.
