D.D.M. - Different Dimension Master - CRV-EN032

Spellcaster/Light/Level 5/1700 ATK/1500 DEF
Discard 1 Spell Card from your hand. Special Summon 1 of your monsters that is currently removed from play. You can only activate this effect once per turn, during your Main Phase.

Here's an interesting card, discard one spell card, and you can special summon a monster of yours that's been removed from play

The downside is that you have to discard a spell card, you have to tribute one monster for him, and he doesn't have the attack to last more than one main phase without help.

But there are a few things I've thought of that makes him worth using. He's light, which means he can be used to summon Chaos Sorcerer, he's a spellcaster, so he can be summoned from the deck with Magician's Circle, and he can bring back Dark Magician of Chaos, in which case, you just got that spell card (or any other spell card you might need more at the time) back.

I think it's a solid effect, but it's an effect that should be used in a spellcaster deck, especialy one with Dark Magician of Chaos and/or Magician's Circle.
But that's just me, the big Spellcaster/Dragon fan. It has more uses, like if you used Fusion Gate to summon a Blue-Eyes Ultimate or Dark Paladin, you can get another heavy hitter out or something like that

Different Dimension Master can be an awesome monster in the right deck, I run D.D. Master in my Phoenix/Different Dimension, deck. He works rather well if your running cards like Big Burn, Soul Release, and such cards like that. Magician's Circle is the best way to get him out in my opinion just as you mentioned.

I've got to where I don't judge Monsters by there attack or defence points, the real power is in the effect and how the user utilizes its effect. Tributing 1 monster to get him out isn't bad either especially if your in a tight spot and have some of your monsters RFGed. Great review Phred
