This card has just been released in the Asia part and I am seriously considering place it in my deck.

DARK KING DRAGON VANDALGION
Dark/Dragon/8/2800/2500
If you negated the activation of a card your opponent controls by
a Counter Trap, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.
If this card is successfully Special Summoned in this way,
activate one of the following effects based on the type of the
negated card.
- Magic: Do 1500 points of damage to your opponent's Life.
- Trap: Choose 1 card on your opponent's Field and destroy it.
- Effect Monster: Choose 1 Monster from your Cemetery and Special
Summon it to your Field.

However I do not have a wide list of Counter-trap to choose from as I have only small list of counter-traps. If you guys don't mind, I open up a quick reply and you guys quote from there and increase the list. Thanks

Keep in mind any counter trap can be used to satisfy the summoning requirements most likely though counter traps like "Barrel Behind the Door" won't trigger the second effect.
 
Barrel behind the door doesn't negate any effect, it switches it, so it is the wrong timing for this dragon. Trap of board ereaser only negates the damage also, so that is too illegal. It says that it must negate the effect of an opponent's card, rather than just be a counter-trap.

Talked a bit about it already,

But let me point this out: This card is not a nomi monster nor a special-summon only monster. You may normal summon this monster by offering 2 tributes, you may summon this card with Lord of D.

Also please cite your translation source, (or has it already been released in (asian-)English? a link to a card scan would be appreciated in that case.)
 
I love this card, it would be perfect for my Red-eyes deck. I curious to know when the english version will be available.

It's likely to be a very long wait as it was released as a promo in a Book (Shonen Jump division). It will have to come from a Shonen Jump event or as a Jump promo, but there's a long waiting list of cards to be released that way.
 
I do have some curiosity about the summon of this card. If I just activate my counter-trap, can I summon him later? I mean after a few turns. If yes, what if I have activated all 3 types of counter-trap, can I have all his abilities used? Can I special summon him on my opponent's turn?
