dark ruler and wicked-breaking

if i 2 have questions on wicked-breaking flamberge - baou/dark ruler ha des on the and it kills another dark ruler ha des

1. can i use call of the haunted to bring it back with no effect?

2. if i bring it back to my hand and re-summon it to the field will it have a effect?

yes i know it will still be a effect monster but what i'm saying is will the effect be negated.

1. No. It's a condition that you cannot special summon Dark Ruler Ha Des from the graveyard.

2. Yes. When a card is removed from play or returned to your hand and then summoned back to the field, any previous restrictions are lifted (so a card like Sangan can search out a monster for you and Treeborn Frog would summon itself back to the field, etc.)
 
what is a Sangan was killed by a monster with a wicked-breaking on it and is called will he be able to use the effect when he goes to the graveyard

and if a marie the follen one, sinister serpent, or any other monster that has a effect that works in the graveyard and is killed by a wicked-breaking will it have a effect in the grave at all?
 
None of them will get their effect although all of those can be reborned and if they're sent to the Graveyard again then they can get their effect (unless they were killed by another effect negator).
