I have been considering putting in a couple of enemy controllers.

With what room? You're already at 44. Not that it's a bad thing mind you, but I wouldn't add any more.

Personally, I don't like Dragged Down. So I would -2 of those for the 2x Enemy Controllers you were considering. And where's the Treeborn Frog?

Treeborn isn't really needed. there are already at least 9 other ways to bring up the tribs and you would rather bring them as a SS.

Although I agree with nixing Dragged Down by the Grave. Not reliable enough. Maybe remove them entirely and add a monster. Maybe a Scarr. His best contribution is being able to bring a Brron to the field when you have a hand full of Goldd and Sillva.

I would try to raise your monster ratio so you can keep the speed up. Don't overlook Beiige. He is pure field presence with all the discards you have.

I have been considering taking out one dragged down to the grave, but I have noticed that one is pretty good, for discarding and extra draw power.
I have wanted to boost my monster count, but I am unsure what to take out to do that. I was thinking about taking out one gateway to the dark world.

I would take out Call of the Haunted first. Sangan and Newdoria are really the only two non-DW monsters that you would want to bring back to the field.

Of the Spells, I would pull at least one Dragged Down By the Grave and Book of Moon. You might also want to consider taking out Nobleman of Crossout since you are already maining 3 Dark World Lightnings.

I like the Monster line up with the FLIPs and Night Assailant in the mix. But with all the DW support and ways to Special Summon, you only have 6 DWers that can be used. I would consider removing a Broww, maybe both. You already have 2 Dekoichis and a Forces of Darkness to put cards in your hand. Instead of discarding Broww to draw a card, discard a Beiige and bring field position.

-1 Call of the Haunted
-1 Dragged Down by the Grave
-1 Book of Moon
-1 Nobleman of Crossout
-1 Broww

+1 Forces of Darkness
+2 Beiige (maybe +3)

I would try and boost your monster count higher than your Spell/Trap since DW can run them quick. Fortunately, DW has built in recursion with Gateway to Dark World and Forces of Darkness. Don't worry as much about drawing cards from the deck, they will come, keep recycling and reusing the monsters you have on the field and graveyard. Then anything you draw is extra.

It is a good looking deck design. I hope this fits your playing style.

Hello all,
I edited my deck some, I made some changes to the monsters, spells and traps.
I took this deck to a tourny last weekend and took first place, but I did lose one time in the swiss rounds. I actually lost to the guy I had to play for fist place.
If you would take another look, and see what you think.

Looks great! Not much to offer on this. I know field spells aren't that popular, but you could consider siding a Mystic Plasma Zone or two since virtually all your monsters are DARK and it turns those DW tribs into 2800ATKs.

As I said, not much I can offer. It is a good looking build. Glad to hear you did well with it, but of course I have something of a Fiend bias. ;)

I would drop the 2 dragged downs for 1 tribute to the doomed and 1 raigeki break and maybe drop 1 Goldd and 1 Silva for a Scarr and a generic dark 1900 beatstick; I wouldn't go higher than 45 if you can help it and that would give you the room for 1 Treeborn Frog or a Lightning Vortex; that would give you 3 cards that you are guaranteed another discard in addition to destroying monsters and/or magic traps.

Guaranteed a discard, but not a Special Summon. Those cards you mentioned require the discard as a cost... so no Dark World effects. I do agree on dropping the Dragged Downs though. That and The Forces of Darkness. I've tried both to less than stellar results.

What does everyone have against dragged down to the grave, I have had very good results with this card, maybe I might drop down to One, but I can't see dropping both. And forces of the Darkness is the only card I have to get my dark worlders back other than gateway.

If it works for you, then play it. Everyone's style is different and just because a deck does well in one person's hands doesn't mean it will work for everyone. As I said, I am not a big fan of Dragged Down, but it obviously works for you. No reason to fix something that ain't broke.

Thanks Mighty Dingo, I understand now. I thank all of you for your help. Hopefully next weekend this deck can keep up its winning streak. Out of ten tourneys that I have played in, this deck has takening first six times, the other times I took second or third.
I really like this deck, and have been playing it since the new ban list.
I was wondering if there are any more dark worlders, or dark world support coming out in future sets.
