For those that don't know what it does...

D.D. Warrior
Earth/Warrior/4/1200/1000
When monster attack this card or this card attack a monster, remove both this card and
that monster from the game.

gar!!! its a tp pack ultra rare...that kinda sucks....interesting...i thought its name would be dimension warrior or something still....man...wonder how long itll be before the masses can get one...
 
Hmmm, I'm all for the release of new promos, but jeez, this is the worst possible way they could have released it. Why does UDE have to make things so difficult? :mad:

Sigh, just when I think UDE is starting to come to their senses, they pull something like this... although this could also be a sign that its gonna show up in a reprint set soon (like all the toon stuff, Big Shield Guardna, Luminous Soldier etc.), until then, expect this thing to be nearly impossible to get and fetch absolutely ridiculous prices...
 
I believe there's an additional clause to Dimensional Warrior:
This card and the other removed card cannot return to play during the current duel.

I'm 99% sure that's part of the effect.

seriously? i just saved the image to my cp, and looking close up at it, its just the basic d.d. thing, except whatever it ATTACKS gets removed along with it no matter what.
 
i'm basing that off of what I remember of the original way it was translated. *shrugs* Oh well, that clause would have made the card even better.

You are correct. Here is its English text from the Stairway to the Destined Duel GBA game:

DIMENSIONAL WARRIOR
Earth/Warrior/4/1200/1000
When this card attacks or is attacked, both this card and the opposing monster are removed from play and cannot return during the current duel.

HOWEVER, this was before there were cards that could bring back RFP cards, so this could just be an explanation of what Removed From Play means, as at that point there would have been no possible means of getting it back. I guess we'll see once the card is released...

Edit: From squinting real hard at the pic on the website, the text appears to be:

D. D. WARRIOR
Earth/Warrior/4/1200/1000
When this card battles a monster, after damage calculation remove from play the monster and this card.
 
Hopefully this card will be in DB3 reprint set (fav one reprint of SOD ROD, FET, TLM, CRV!!! *GASP*) but other than that stupid TP

No. We're getting D. D. Warrior Lady, not D. D. Warrior (unless UDE and Konami decided to switch things up on us).

About "DB3:" It's actually a 3rd Expert Edition set for Japan (so EE3-JP), AKA Dark Revelation Volume 3 (DR3-EN). It's supposed to reprint SOD-JP, RDS-JP, FET-JP, and TLM-JP (SOD-EN, RDS-EN, FET-EN, and TLM-EN for us). The card total reported on one site is 37 cards too high, leading some to think it'll contain some cards that have been released in Japan over the last X years. So this could be our "promo set:" Reprints of 4 sets PLUS 37 Japanese promos/Structure Deck-exclusive cards.

Like Vampiric Cthulhu said, that was before the release of cards that could bring "removed from game" cards back to the playing field or Graveyard.

Normally, there would have been no way to bring them back, so they would, in a sense, be lost for the remainder of the Duel.
 
Depending on which cards we get in ....DR3.... the game could change completely. In the OCG I'm pretty sure Shrink(Collapse) is not limited at all. 3 in a deck....

Besides that there are a bunch of other ones I would want myself almost immediately. Serket and Cathedral of Nobles. Yes. So awesome.
 
i cant believe its actually coming out! there ws rumor that it was supposed to come out in tp6m before that came out. i have this card in my nightmare traboudoure(idk how to spell it) game and it helps a lot. if only i could get one.....
 
OCG DR3 does not equal our DB3, there will not be a DR3 here in america or other places there will be a DB3.
 
This is incredible! Dimension Warrior has always been one of my ace cards in the GBA games. Once it's been released here, people will be trying to get one and put 3 in their decks, along with 3 DDAs + 1 DDWL. That's 7 RFG warriors and that's a lot of removal and potential OTKs (Return from Different Dimension and/or Dimension Fusion). I hope this scenario won't happen, and people will wise up that too much of a good thing isn't really all that great. It will probably be similar to people running 2-3 Decrees and hopefully, their use will die down.

On the flip side, we are finally getting reprints of cards and releases of some of the other cards we only saw in the GBA games. This is good overall. Let's applaud Kevin and his team for working hard to bring us these cards once again.

Actually I believe its the other way around, we are done with the DB series and will only continue with the DR. Since that how it is in Japan and they are keeping things how they are.
