Only those that were on the field are destroyed. The effect does not apply to whatever is in your hand or deck.

Ok, I wasn't very clear on what I want. I don't want this monster to negate all traps.(Jinzo) It can be 7 stars, 8 stars or any number of stars. As long as it fulfils the requirement of the following:
1. can be Special Summoned through a Monster Gate
2. is able to negate single target card effect against him/her(if able to block all target effect is even better but I doubt there is)
3. has a special ability other than (2), such as trample.(optional)

If you play Traditional, Imperial Order helps a Final Destiny deck.  If you don't then...I dunno

Pay until you have 4 pieces, then get the last one. But yea, RB or DT could hurt too . That's why Final Destiny isn't that strong of an archetype.
. That's why Final Destiny isn't that strong of an archetype.Even if you have 4 out on the field, there will be that one turn that the opponent will have a chance to blow it up since you'll need that final spot free during their turn.
Honestly, "Spell Cancellor" and "Waboku" are probably your best bets to try and succeed.

Good choice. By the way, are there any other monster other than Vampire Lord that has the same ability? Only this part is more crucial: This monster can reborn itself automatically during your standby phase when it is destroyed by effect.
Also, does Magic Cylinder target the attack or the monster? It text says: "negate the attack and inflict that amount of damage to your opponent"
Closest 2 you can come up with are "Dark Necrofear" and "Archfiend of Gilfer", though they aren't monsters on your side of the field (though "Dark Necrofear" will let you control one of your opponent's).
Honestly, since we are going WAY off topic here that you just go download RONIN, install it, and just read through effect monsters to find something that can work for you since this really has nothing to do with "Destiny Board".
