if i have destiny hero plasma and the end of anubis on my side of the field can my opponent use the effect of exiled.
if yes where does exiled force resolve field or graveyard.

Exiled force activates on the field, and resolves wherever it ends up after it is tributed (out of play, graveyard). End of Anubis doesn't stop this, even if it ends up in the graveyard.

As for Destiny Hero Plasma, that effect works like Skill Drain (I used wiki to find out what it was). So no, having both D-Hero Plasma and End of Anubis on your field doesn't prevent your opponent from successfully using exiled force to destroy one of the two.

thanks for that.

also i think i finaly understand why the end of anubis doesn't negate exiled force.
skill drain doesn't negate it becasue tributing it is an activation cost so it actiavates on the field and resolves in the graveyard and the end of anubis only negates effects that target cards in the graveyard or activate in the graveyard but doesn't negate effects that resolve in the graveyard.

quick question will destiny hero - plasma negate flip effects.

It would negate Flip Effects as long as the monster is still face up on the field. So if it's flipped up by battle, then yes it would be negated. But if you flip it up manually and then chain Book of Moon to flip it back face down, you would get the effect (again, just like Skill Drain).

If you check out the Skill Drain rulings, everything there would pretty much apply for Destiny Hero - Plasma as well.
