Dimensional Fissure and Future Fusion

Can I activate future fusion when dimensional fissure or macro cosmos is on the field? If so, would my monsters just be removed from play?

Yes. Future Fusion sends cards at Resolution. It is not a cost. Send them out of play. Note that the Fusion Monster (whose name is declared at the same time you send) is not targeted. It is all effect.
