divine wrath Vs: Jinzo

I have a question about Divine Wrath and Jinzo, Eagle Eye, doom manta...

if Player A summons Jinzo
then could Player B chain Divine Wrath to the summon of Jinzo and negate the effect and kill it?

No, Jinzo is a Continuous effect, hence it does not use the chain, so it cannot be chained to

Divine Wrath can be used on any effect as long as it's not continuos. Ie:Jinzo, Spell Canceler, Mataza the Zapper
