Ahhhh, DNA Surgery, how do I love thee, let me count the ways:
1) Kinetic Soldier - think about it
2) Ryu Kokki - same as above
3) Getsu Fuhma - same as above
4) Insect Barrier - classics are still nice
5) Marauding Captain - field lock
6) Fairy King Truesdale - SHUT UP! IT WORKS
7) Manticore of Darkness - what Beasts? I don't see any Beasts
8) Beast Soul Swap - fun
9) Limiter Removal - what Machines?
10) Dragon Capture Jar - TDS deck
11) Command Knight - power boost from hell
12) King Dragun - protection for all
13) Tribe-Infecting Virus - field nuke, or no destruction at all
etc.
14) Goblin King - there, Dillie-O, happy?
15) Solar Flare Dragon, Soul-Absorbing Bone Tower, Arcane Archer of the Forest - field lock/protection
16) Enraged Battle Ox - MAD trample
17) Prickle Fairy - protect your whole field

I give it a 4 out of 5, since it's a TRAP THAT Jinzo LAUGHS AT

I would say there is one big Question about this combo that would definitely affect whether or not it would be 'legal'.

Is "D. D. Dragon" the only monster on your side of the field?
If so, then I don't think you would be able to even activate "Limiter Removal". This is the part about the combo that makes me think it won't be possible. From the UDE FAQ:
"If "Different Dimension Dragon" is your only monster on your side of the field, your opponent cannot activate effects like "Fissure", "Mirror Force", "Raigeki", etc."

I know it says 'your opponent', but it follows logically that YOU wouldn't be able to activate "Limiter Removal" as well since it doesn't target, AND it destroys any/all monsters affected by it.

If it's not the only monster, then I don't see why it wouldn't be a valid combo.

Just my thoughts....
 
this question has been asked before numerously on other forums. No, offense to anyone, but I recall Bishop (who at the time was still an official Netrep) replying that the question was put on the judges list, it was sent on the the powers that be, and that no official ruling statement has been issued on it as of yet.

Everything chaosruler has theorized is the reason we are all still waiting. Far as we know it may take longer than updating the errata on Troop Dragon did.

Fact is, we just dont know.
