What's funny to me is people who basically just started playing the game, and have mostly reprints of Holo's (not Structure, but DB or DR) and when they see my Holo Marauding Captain's, they freak out like "Wow, you have Have Ultra Rare Marauding Captains!!!" And to me, I'm like.... "Yeah...???"

I like having a common deck because I like to color the pictures, but within the guidelines of course : )

That is a HUGE fad, at my store right now.... they will color anything....

I have one too! :D And from my part there are 2 cards I would NEVAH trade! 1 is my ol' fave Summoned Skull (that was my very FIRST holo) and the other is my first BLS-EotB BUT And before someone starts "complaining", there is a reason for that one (besides, I've traded all the rest I got later on ;P). The storry behind this BLS-EotB was: I wen't to buy a book I wanted (if I remember corectly it was W.Gibson's "Neuromancer"). So I had some change, wich was exactly the price of ONE booster from IOC. So guess what, I got one and tadaaah a BLS-EotB inside! Lol :D

I have a similar story. When I bought Master Collection 2 I was happy enough getting the varient copies advertised and expected nothing special out of the booster packs. But when I opened the Invasion Of Chaos pack, who did I find but Chaos Emperor Dragon-Envoy Of The End! My friends all told me to sell it on ebay, But with how I got it, I'm never giving it away, even if it's useless. (and forever shall be)

I just rememberd something. I as much as I run non shiny stiff, I still can't resist Nightmare Wheel's. I run a Nightmare Wheel in anything. I also just noticed that I've been kinda stingy with my Ceasefires. I remembered that I wouldn't let my dawg have it for a common version. Then I noticed I had two! Apparently I am shiny addicted! Just under certain conditions.

I don't really care. Holo or Common its more the effects of cards iminterested in. Sometimes a holofoil can really cover up detail on the drawings. The artist in me speaking here. I have both and use both. Though I wish I had all common versions of my cards that way I can keep my holo's in good shape.

I play magic now so when i play yugi i go under Magic rules.

I could care less if they shuffle cut shuffle and so forth. all that means is that its more random. the more random the better.

and i do the same with my opponents decks. Im really good at shuffling now since i had to play magic with out sleeves for a while. Really during drafts and so forth we dont use sleeves at all so learning to shuffle is a must.

the only time we use sleeves is at our store were all of our lands are like super old. and you can deferintiate beetween them when you shuffle so we use sleeves but for that we bought like 200 sleeves in order to keep up with it. :D

anybody want to play Yugi? lol Oo i should post up my latest yugi deck that i made for somebody who didnt show up. I won 3 games back to back with it too.

Hehe that reminds me of my brother, just not as *gahsp* We once went to the store for cards and he bought Monster Colection 1 (when it was released) for the cards (necrofear and ha des mostly) so we didn't expect much of the boosters. So he opened an Pharaoh Servant booster... Can you guess what was in??? A bloody secret rare Jinzo!!! Now that beats both yours AND mine together in luck lol.
