Dragon Cyberz

Just made this up. It's completely virgin/untested.
Was curious to see the relationship between Natural and Mechanical Dragons.
Also wanted to see if they were compatible.
Could they work together without getting in the others' way?

ever hear about the Cyberdark monsters? those could help a lot...ill let you figure out what they do using the registry..there's three of them..

Cyberdark Keel
Cyberdark Edge
Cyberdark Horn

Happy research!

Hmm...interesting...very interesting, indeed.
Cyberdark Keel
When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card inflicts Piercing damage. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

Cyberdark Edge
When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card can attack your opponent directly. If it attacks using this effect, the Battle Damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

Cyberdark Horn
When this card is Normal Summoned, select 1 Level 3 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, inflict 300 damage to your opponent. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

Cyberdark Dragon
"Cyberdark Horn" + "Cyberdark Edge" + "Cyberdark Keel"
This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this monster is Special Summoned, select 1 Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard and equip it to this card. This card gains ATK equal to the equipped card's ATK. This card gains 100 ATK for each Monster Card in your Graveyard. If this card would be destroyed by battle, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.

At this point ANYTHING is still possible.
I know that I really, really like that Edge's effect.
I think I like it, but I'm not real sure.
What do the rest of you think?
Que dice la gente?
Should I invest the time and money to get these cards?
I know I can get them at a low price or a low trade because
I guess they aren't very popular tight now.
I need your help guys/gals.

If you want to run the three cyberdark, you should think about Infernal Dragon. Play it in your very first turn, attack, send it to the graveyard in your next turn and make great use with the Cyberdark effects by getting it back :D! (This was actually shown by Zane himself in YGO! GX, so it basically HAS GOT to work.. ;))

Same goes for Exploder Dragon (http://mikeloda.safeshopper.com/81/3903.htm?154 , as it's not so well known)

Hannya:
Exploder Dragon was the original inspiration to build this deck.
I bought a copy of WC07. For the Spell Striker, then traded it
in and paid like $20 bucks for the second game. Then traded
that back in for a Shinobi game. As a result I had two copies
of each card in the set. I didn't want to waste them so I
decided to make different decks around each one. I'll post
the D-Hero -Disc Commander based deck when I decide what
to put in it.
So far it's definitely:
Diamond Dude
Fearmonger
Disc Commander
Premature
Call

P.S. I don't have access to an Infernal Dragon at this time.

cyberdark choices depend on what you are faced with and what you equip with mostly....
for ex, pierce is good when equipped atk is high enough to get job done but if facing hi def or low equip atk - then dierct , even @ 1/2 is way to go....dmg is assured
so if opponent is setting dekoichi sangan spirit reaper yea pierce, but if its spys sandmoth etc direct is way to go....so side depending....if you have lots of lo atk dragons (exploder maybe) then direct but twinheaded & masked.... well you get it - build to suit....
there was a scj t 16 that was a cyberdark
deck - but as interested as i am in these - i did not find a deck list - new exploder dragons i'm sure... :D

Cuzwbd:
You always have good advise so I will side appropriately.

Cyber Twin King:
Nobody, ever uses All of their fusions in a duel not even the heroes.
I want all my bases covered just in case.
Zane packs are very hard to get here because of YuGiOh!'s popularity here.
If I can find some I'll look into them, but I don't see how dumping them into the graveyard helps, overall.
Could you elaborate more plz?

well
A: pot of avarice food
B: pretty much a solemn judgement.

i have one for trade on my list.

minus 1 spear & minus 1 proto and add 2x (at least) light sealed hex....not machine or dragon - but essential to aid fusing and allow dumpsterdiving into fusion deck - speeds things up a lot since it has 2 separate effects - 1 as a fusion sub from field or graveyard and 2 to special summon twin or end

cuzwbd:
Thanx for that!! What was I thinking?
Can't believe I didn't see it before!!
I decide to run one copy of each in game 1.
In game two I adjust to the one/s that work best.

possibly ruthless denial, it helps get dragons in the graveyard for the cyberdarks, and discards a card from your opponents hand.

(this card has beaten a ddt deck)

Cyber Twin King:
Thanx that sounds like something that I can use when an equipped
dragon is destroyed or before I summon a cyberdark and have a
dragon in play, but not in the graveyard.
That's just smarts for you.

DDT? I'm don't know what that is, but okay.
Not real big on acronyms, that's why I don't
use them. No big. It's cool.

DDT stands for Diamond Dude Turbo, the most annoying consistent 600$ deck there is.

Cyber twin king:
Oh. I thought ddt D.D. Traphole. See? That's why I didn't get it.
That deck is very inconsistent against well-built warrior decks.
See, you have to realize that EVERY deck, EVERY deck, no exceptions
has a counter deck. The best way to beat warriors is with a better
warrior deck. I beat the best guy at the place I play with his 'consistent'
DDT deck all the time. Know why? I run the old school powerhouse cards
like: Magic Jammer and Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell. These cards
Especially Cursed shuts DDT down. I only have to stop 2 or 3 cards. Destiny
Draw, Monster Gate, & Reasoning. You know what happens, then, right?
The deck becomes a weak & slow warrior deck because it isn't supported
properly. Easy to beat with a decent warrior deck. Just check out:
Unbelievable!! In the Advanced format section. You see, this is a much better
version than what I ran before since I posted it here, but it's the older version which won me those games. I 'consistently' defeated him 2 -0 for anyone who wants to know. He was upset. I know he'll want to duel me again, but I have eternal cards in my deck that just can't be stopped, like: Mask of Retrict. I just figure since I don't tribute summon why should my opponent be able to.
I turn off Heavy Storm and my opponent can forget about winning.
The beautiful thing about Cursed is this little secret:
I don't have to wait until the opponent plays the card. If I have Heavy Storm I can use it then negate my own Heavy Storm, but only turn off the opponent's H.S.
So you see, Cursed is actually the better card for that reason.
$600.00...hmph! My deck didn't even cost over $60 until I added in the Spell Strikers. I paid like an extra 50 for two of them, then whooped him up good.
