Dummy Golem question. o_O

TLM-EN016 Dummy Golem
Earth/Rock/2/800/800
Effect: FLIP: Your opponent selects 1 monster that he/she controls. Switch control of the selected monster and this card.

Three questions.
1) If opponent attacks and this gets flipped, does the switch occur even though there is no card for me to give? or does the effect go through first. and the switch occurs, then it gets destroyed as a result of battle?
2) Exactly how would this resolve it I used it with Last Turn?
The same way as Jowls/Refflesia?
3) What would happen if my opponent brings out a D.D Warrior Lady for Last Turn and attacks? Does the flip effect resolve before the removal?

Judges, do your stuff! ;)
Need answer to all 3 questions before tomorrow soooo... get to it? /jks
