I havn't used this deck in a LONG time; I made it when MFC first came out. This was one of the first decks I really put sometime into, but over time it have lost a lot of its power, I've tried to update it but it has become harder has time goes by. What can I say, paladin has seen better days... but sense I'm new to this site I thought I would give you a crack at it, to see what you think.
And yes I know some of the cards are now ban.

actually if u take a reaper and the snatch steal, your deck is ban list compliant..

hmm this was something ive been thinking of making too..but ive never had enough to make it..

i like the idea but there's somethings im not sure will work too well although maybe you could add

a jinzo for a reaper, future fusion for a polymerization, a pot of avarice for a fusion recovery, ring and a mirror force for a decree and an interdimensional transporter...and iono...i would say get rid of ONE buster blader..but u mite need him...
 
I would dump the Dragons. I mean, it's ATK is already higher then Monarch/Jinzo that it doesn't really matter. I mean, your NOT gunna be pumping it's attack for OTK ya know. It's real power comes from negating spell cards by discarding a card from your hand. (A "weaker" version of Horus LV8)
 
Yeah I would drop the troop dragons and 1 spear dragon. I love spear dragon with the way the meta is. You could add other dragons to fill the void.
 
I can see dropping the Spear Dragons, but the Troop Dragons alway worked well for a short defense, sense if I lost one I could just pull another one and place it in defense (and the 1500 is a nice ATK boost for Paladin)...... just not sure
 
future fusion,dragons mirror,instant fusion (maybe-need reaper on the nightmare & dark baltar) and a couple 5 headed dragons to the fusion deck
hmmm - i didnt "star count" but would metamorphosis be a boon??
i guess i've always felt if i'm gonna dumpster dive in a fusion deck - dont hold back - go for max utility from that resource...
 
you may also like to run 2/3 lightening vortex & thunder dragons to pay for them (or a buster thats killing your hand- then premie or call)......
i'd say add/side a scapegoats - but maybe stray lambs is better for this build....
