Does it get the draw 2 card effect if summoned by Mother Griz's effect?

i know last will gets it, and rope of life, but i remember it not getting mother griz's effect,does this count as missing the timing? or in the middle of a chain?

It will, yes (providing the conditions are right, of course).

It will miss its timing if it's Special Summon is not the last thing to happen (i.e. in the middle of a chain). However, Mother Grizzly will always be on Chain Link 1, so the Special Summon will always be the last thing to happen. Therefore timing is not missed.

Barring a SEGOC situation, such as a suicide attack by your opponent's Mystic Tomato. Or Mother Grizzly was destroyed by Shinato, or E-Hero Flame Wingman, etc.
