E-Heroes????

Ok What is going on here with E-heroes at my last Tournament I saw 10 decks that were based around the E-heroes. But thanks to you guys I was able too beat them all with my Exodia Deck. Well I didn't beat all of them but I beat the ones I went up against.

I was wondering what is with this new craze with E-heroes?

The Best E-heroes Require fusion summoning. Which is very difficult. But I saw so many New people who just came to the game and lost in there first few turns cause they couldn't get there fusions out in enough time.

I saw Expert Players having no problems. But when they came up against cards like Buster Blader they got owned even with Shining flame wingman on there side of the field. They got owned even by a kuriboh that maybe stretching it but I did I saw a guy equip his Axe of despair and mage power, United we stand to his kuriboh and win against a e-hero deck.

What is going on there??

Anyway what I am asking is.... Are E-heroes the thing now cause of Jaden Yuki on the new GX series is using them and winning all the time????

Cause when the series with yugi muto was on he used Dark Magician and Dark magician Girl and all that and win duels with his deck and I saw so many people with dark magician in there deck. Also the same with kaiba I saw so many people use Blue-eyes.

So is it cause of the Yu-gi-oh series that are making these people trying to make this deck or is it out of their free will??

Anyway why don't people go back to the classics like. Chaos, Exodia, Life gaining, Control and many many more????

well i play hero's because, basicly i like them, well i only use four really, bladedge, necrosahde, wildedge and wildheart, but my deck is built around the use of those edge/heart fusion and the monsters themsleves, it will also include necroshaman when that comes in EOJ

and that aside they have some good effects, and its all down to personal choice, maybe people have got fed up witht playing the tried and tested decks and want something new. also a kuribo with axe, mage and uws would take down a cyber twin, let your average hero
 
Because Elemental Heroes is a fad and Konami is pumping as much support to it to get kiddies to buy into the fad. Not that making a Elemental Hero Deck is bad, but there is so much support to it you could not possibly go about 1 way or another in doing so. Making a Jaden themed Deck is impossible. Say it with me, I M P O S S I B L E. Not only is it impossible, but it leaves too much to chance. Then what once was a reason to not use Fusions is no longer applicable. You maintain hand-advantage with an Elemental Hero Deck easily with all the Fusion support released.
 
i build a hero deck because they are fun to play and i have a fetish for rampart blaster and steam healer..well black sparkman as well

It isnt my main deck just a deck on the side, im working on a warrior control/beatdown deck to take to a tourney, i play with my hero deck because like i said it amuses me..

All the people who are new to the game use their e-hero decks with all the supports that are released, instead of subbing certain cards for other things

Some Examples:
3 of every hero
No subsitute fusion monsters like King of the Swamp etc
Feather Wind - Magic Jammer or spell shield type - 8
Burst Return- PURPOSE? You tell me
Bubble Illusion...just keep your traps on the field
Hero Barrier, Negate Attack or Waboku
Hero Heart, not as good as it seems although if used on bladedge or SFW it could do some damage

thats just my opinion...they ignore that cards with E-hero included in the card name or text arent always good

i think it has some thing to do with GX and the fact that most of the monsters are easy to come across, GX has just started to be shown here in the UK and i haven't been to any tournements recently so i haven't seen any yet i am expecting to though!!!

who GX just came out in the UK, i thought they were ahead of us...shows how much i know

Ok I understand what you are all talking about. But it annoys me cause everyone is using E-heroes know apart from 5 of my friends all the others are using e-heroes since they have become so common down here in tasmania I just add Non-Fusion Area into my deck and boom i have allready won the duel cause people with e-hero decks are still missing out on the basics like Mystical Space Typhoon and all that you guys are probably not missing out of them but everyone i know are using cards for the e-heroes.

But I understand where you are all coming from thanks for being so quick.

I deck it cause everyone in my Neighbourhood uses E-hero decks but when I duel some one that not using e-hero i change around Non-Fusion Area for something a little more better for my deck

EDIT: Also I only have 5 People in my Neighnourhood who play yu-gi-oh and they all use e-heroes.
 
Why would it annoy you that people are running Elemental Hero around you? The Deck is not weak, but it is not Tier 1, yet or ever. There are plenty of ways around the Deck.
 
Well I know the Deck isn't week but Just have some orginalality that is all. Cause It is easy to beat them all they have beaten me 1 or twice cause of my own combo cause i ended up decking my self with Maticore of Dakrness and Card of Safe Return cause i thought i had the last piece of exodia in my deck which i actually forgot was in my opponents hand cause of Exchange. So All i am saying is have originalality or if you wanna have a fusions make a fusion deck with out e-heros.

Well until everyone is running Elemental Hero AND it tops at World, Elemental Hero is original as far as I am concerned, not to mention it is hard as heck to use to begin with all the support out there. Be original you say? What type of Deck do you use?
 
I use Exodia, Remove from play and Life gaining (Soul Absorption and Skull Lair) Chaos, Warrior, Spellcaster, and Dragon.

My Remove from play/Life gaining one is one of my favourites cause the plain is too out last my opponent and remove all of his good cards from play. With this deck i got up to 21600 life points :D it was fun.

Anyway what do you use?
 
Thats pretty cool my mate used to use a Water Dragon deck but the he had to go back to France. But he was a good duelist he was allways able too reduce my monster attack points to 0 but when i used Life gaining/Remove from play he go annoyed with that deck.

I only lost once with that deck cause of 1 problem Royal Decree.

anyway I think i'll give this up this post now ok seeya everyone.
