This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Dryad's Prayer". You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 3 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. The Attribute of this card is treated as WIND, WATER, FIRE, and EARTH.
It's nice card when come to elemental deck. However, it's a ritual monster. Two things you want to know about ritual. First, you can't play it without either ritual monster or ritual spell card. Second, It consider special summon, so it's an extra summon from normal summon.
It's 3 Stars monster, so you don't have to sacrifice many cards except for one elemental monster (Element Doom, Element Soldier, Element Dragon, Element Magician,...). Attack of 1200, and def of 1400 makes it look kind of weak. However, it's not when its attribute is treated as Wind, water, fire, earth. With one Elemental Burst, you could wipe out your opponent's entire field. Especially, Elemental Burst is a trap card, so you could do it at their end phase.
It's a nice card. Also, it's a rare card, not secret rare, not super rare. It's just a plain rare card, so it's easy for you to get. Elemental deck is not cost very much because the element monsters are common. Is Elemental Burst common? I forgot. Have fun! I rate it 4/5 if you run it in a right deck.
