Card Text
Increase your Life Points by the ATK of 1 attacking monster.

There are some unclear points:
1. whose attacking monster - of the Opponent or mine?
2. original ATK or modified ATK?
3. Is enough, that the 1 attacking monster may only be in face up attacking position, without to perform an attack in the turn of activation of Enchanted Javelin, or have to attack immediately before Activation?
There is nothing in the Rules.

Isn't there a card called Draining Shield? You can use that instead? And besides, if you want your monster to life-drain, Sebek's Blessing is a quick-play, so you can play it as soon as you get it (and for Fairies, Cestus of Dagla has always been one of my favorites - but it uaually stabs you in the...).

This doesn't contribute anything to the discussion. Please quit spamming. John Danker has already given you a warning about this in a previous thread. Please refer to the thread about Wave-Motion Cannon if you don't know where it's located.

I don't remember Enchanted Javelin having any activation point other than in response to an attack declaration -- most notably the opponent's.

<she's new, still getting the hang of things, trying to help....>

It seems though, that here to fore, we have always had to correct to Japan's rulings, haven't we? I mean isn't what happened with Swords and Wobaku and the confusion there...We played by Japan's rules, even though the English text said otherwise and went with BKSS until we got erratta which then made sense. I think it was the same for Last Will as well. So, even though the new text reads openly (and I would love to use it that way), I would have to side with the Japanese rulings until UDE gains independence from Konami (Which looks like the direction they're headed.
