I have a question about, specificaly about the part of text, whi says: (Flip Effects are not activated at this time.) Does that me only "FLIP:" effects (like Man Eater Bug, Magician of Faith) or also effects that activate when a card is flipped? (like Nightmare Penguin, Fossil Dyna)

A Flip Effect is defined as one that starts with "FLIP:".

Effects like Nightmare Penguin and Cobraman Sakuzy (remember that card?) will still get through.
