Thanks, John. Fever seems to have broke today. But it gave me a fit sleeping last night. I found myself kinda missing doing the routine yesterday, right up until I got that fever, of course. For most people, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get into the habit of exercising and become accustom to it, once that initial period is over the vast majority of people find they have more energy, sleep better, have a more calm demenor, and all effects positive.
