Exiled Force Question

Let's say Player A Normal Summons Exiled Force successfully. Player B responds to the Summon with Trap Hole. Does Player A have priority to Tribute Exiled Force to destroy a monster? Or since Exiled Force is already going to be destroyed, its effect cannot be used?

Did someone miss this? I though that a turn player get priority with a monsters ignition effect, if it was Normal summoned, not if its already on the field.
No one missed it because it is correct. You have priority to activate Monster Effect's like Cannon Soldier if he is already summoned to the field from a Prior turn, even if you are Normal Summoning an Effect Monster on your current turn. All priority means is that you have first chance at creating a chainable event before your opponent can respond.

Not quite. Priority is not JUST the right to create a CHAINABLE event. As was concluded by Novastar and I in the thread "Enemy Controller Question", priority is also the right to create a NON-chainable event as well. Now, back to my Spanish lessons... Quiero presentarle a mi nueva amiga Silvia.
