here is my exodia deck and it needs an improvement.

hey i run a exodia deck too...

i see that the main thing is to draw out exodia so here are some cards you might need..
i would det rid of the following
-2 dark mimic lv3
+1 emmissary of the afterlife
+2 dekoichi
-1 protector of the sanctuary (what do you need it for)
-1 mask of darkness
+1 magician of faith

instead of using reload use magical mallet
-1 book of taiyou
+1 pot of avarice
-1 bad reaction to simochi because u can only actually use it with
upstart goblin//ojama trio but what you want is to get exodia in your hand
+1 level limit area b
or +1 stumbling
get some tomatos in the to bring out sangan
-3 3-hump lacooda for skelengel
thats all i can think off but your deck is good anyway
or add some but try to kep your deck limit to 40

these are just suggestions
 
Or, better, keep your hand to 36 and add 3 Toon Table of Contents and a Toon Goblin Attack Force. If you get one TTC, you have just cleared 3 more cards from your deck and given yourself a 2300 ATK wall to help defend your LP in a pinch.
