exodia vs painful choice

hi there
i dont know if this has been asked before and i cannot see anything on ronin but if i draw all the pieces of exodia via painful choice do i automatically win or does the effect of painful choice resolve first, same thing as well vs null and void?

i was using draw as a generic term for the action, so if you want me to be technical i will rephrase it, when you select the five cards via painful choice and the five cards you select are all the pieces of exodia, is an automatic victory declared as you are holding all the pieces of exodia in accordance with the victory conditions of exodia( rule book 4.0, page 3, first paragraph " if at any time during the duel you hold the following cards in your had, you instantly win the duel")

The cards you select for Painful Choice are not in your hand.  They are being (for lack of a better term) highlighted as the options your opponent can choose to select from.  Once one is selected the rest are sent from your deck to the graveyard and that one is sent from your deck to your hand.

Usually when a card effect states "Pick up card(s) from Deck", like with Magical Merchant, Monster Gate, Reasoning, Morphing Jar #2, as examples, the cards pulled from the Deck are not considered in hand because there is a specific card that is being searched for and only that card(s) can be possessed or used, and all others must be discarded to the Graveyard.

But you still can win. If you are able to send a Makyura to grave and activate a monster reincarnation and then you discard the last exodia and chain with 2 backup soldiers and finally pick up the exodia head through monster reincarnaton, you instantly win!!!!

When I use painful choice or any card like I usually put the cards in the middle of the field between my opponent's and my own monster card zones. I then send all cards not sent to my hand to the graveyard. Technically these cards are being sent directly from your deck to the grave.

Sometimes When I'm playing with my warrior deck I'll play painful choice and instantly anouce my targets without even looking at my deck (BLS, Exiled Force, Sinister Serpent, Magical merchant, and Greenkappa). My opponent will just tell me which one is to go to my hand and then I'll search my deck and send the appropriate cards to the grave and the appropriate card to my hand (then shuffle obviosly).

Hope this makes it easier to comprehend.
