exodia

another drawing option was allure of darkness + d.d. scout plane + cyber valley

but disregarding that:

monsters (18):
3x armageddon knight
2x dark grepher
3x emissary of the afterlife
1x each limb/head
1x marshmallon
1x morphing jar
1x sangan
1x reaper
1x treeborn frog

spells (15):
1x card destruction
3x dark factory
1x enemy controller
1x giant trunade
1x heavy storm
1x LLAB
1x monster reincarnation
1x MST
1x monster reborn
1x premature
2x rota
1x SoRL

traps (7):
1x backup soldier
1x dark spirit art - greed
1x g.bind
3x threatening roar
1x torrential

pretty straight forward.
stall and dump into GY then return to hand.
haven't playtested so haven't thought of side yet.

i feel that merchant is too slow, let alone nobleman/shield crush fodder.

but i do see the possibility of it working with 2 book of moons since i'd be running threatening roars.

but i see it backfiring more than helping.
since i already run more s/t than monsters, i'd more than likely just pick up a s/t immediately.

let alone any monster that is milled will have more utility in hand than in GY.

the other idea i had was to fit in 2 foolish burial, but not sure how to make room.

should i just swap to a thinning deck?? (thunder dragon, 3x jar of greed, 3x legacy of yata garasu, 3x toon table, 1-2x magical mallet)

Hmm, I don't think that thinning deck would be fast enough. But I never run Exodia run before. Though it seems like better idea to have Exodia in graveyard rather then to take space in your hand.

I think that you should probably get rid of Treeborn Frog, it could be good blocker and everythin, but it could also became useless when you have LLAB or Gravity.

You could probably try somethnig with Mystic Tomato and Compulsory Evacuation Device.

Oooh, what about Burial from the Different dimension? It does well as backup in case some does a D.D. Crow on one of your pieces, and you could potentially use it for some additional RFG tactics?

well, treeborn helps block for the situations where i don't have llab/bind
unless i'm playing against malicious edge. that guy's a ****. or at least, just the way i play him.

Why u don´t try Apprentice Magician + Compulsory Evacuation Device or Magical Merchant + Dar Eruption??

if you guys mean, mystic => mystic, and CED to stall opp's monsters
apprentice => apprentice CED to stall

that's basically just thinning and taking up space with CED. it also relies on opp to attack.

if you guys mean mystic/apprentice => limb, then CED limb

that slows down with A. shield crush/nobleman/torrential/brain control
B. i'm screwed if they trample (malicious edge again)

ideally, i'd be playing where opp gets 1 - 3 main phases, tops
where they may or may NOT get to attack.

relying on certain conditions to be fufilled by opp is no-no.

i'd use rftdd as a side for this current build.

OR, if i had 3 allures of darkness, i would change over to the allure + scout plane engine.
i may as well just do that ddt/magical explosion deck, except with exodia so i don't need dmoc/cannon soldier.
