Ok, this ruling doesn't make much sense.
Fairy Box's second ruling, it says that the current attack is reduced to zero. That's all find and dandy really, but notice the rest of the ruling. Trap Cards and Quick-Play Spell Cards cannot increase the attack. Why is that? Fairy Box's text doesn't say anything to show evidence of that, it simple says, "becomes" much like how Cybernetic Magician is like in terms of resetting a new attack value for a monster.
So why is it that you can't activate Rush Recklessly, but you can activate Injection Fairy Lily's effect even if Fairy Box's effect is successfully applied? That's what I don't get, it makes it seem more like Monster Effects by pass Fairy Box's text.
Now, I'm in the middle here. I can see how the ruling works as well. So I'll give my opinion on it.
Fairy Box works in the Battle Step where a monster is declared and a coin is flipped. Fairy Box says that it becomes 0 attack during the Battle Phase.
So is that the only line of text that even remotely supports this ruling or have I found another vaguely/poorly worded ruling? =/
