Necrofear and DW can live very happily together. My concern is you are running about the bare minimum to warrent 2 Necrofears. I might consider dropping her to one and adding another Dark Ruler or adding a set of Giant Germs, but that would take more drastic rearranging.

I know you want Fiends in the Graveyard to use for Necrofear, but with 3 Slate Warriors you may want to look at adding a bit of stall (Threatening Roar comes to mind) to give those Slates time to FLIP and power up.

If you are going to keep dual Necrofears, then either an RftDD or Dimension Fusion could be in order. With the death of Chaos, Dimension Fusion is a feasible option again. The fixed LP payment makes DM less appealing in the late game, but not losing the monsters at the end of the turn make it much more fun in early and mid-game situations.

rftdd isnt a good idea because im not reunning heavy rfg things to actually take advantage of that... i've always hated merchant, he will never see play in any deck i will ever make... hes a horrible card and im not willing to mill my monsters so necrofear can gets its effect... ill play out my monsters and after they are used up and worn out and die somehow (which in general that would mean, my opp using up resources on them) then ill bring necrofear and put those hard working fiends to use even after their death. ive noticed staunch defender to be a very usefull rftdd tech and even chimera otk tech... since both of those deck types relly on a swarming attack... if i use staunch defender... one monster will take all the heat and after its gone... for that turn, my opp cant attack anything else... and unless i have m/t protection, in general i wont set the slate warriors... it is true that im not running so much fiends, quite the bare minimum but then again... im only running 2 necrofears anyways... ill bring out one at least no doubt... having two increases my chances of getting one... because putting just one in will give me like a 1/41 chance which isnt that great... and even two wont mean that ill always get them.
