Where to start... Basically I'm trying to abuse Skill Drain and then protect it. I can keep my beatsticks in attack and still control the field with Giant Germ, Newdoria, and Exiled Force.

Giant Orc and Goblin Elite Attack Force won't switch to defense. Sangan, Newdoria, Giant Germ, and Kuriboh still keep their effects. Dark Necrofear is still the centerpiece of this deck can still give your opponent fits.

Deck Devastation Virus will get rid of those annoying monsters and there is good bait with the Giant Orcs. Kurogane speaks for itself here, with good options to fetch.

Last Will is added for speed to get to Newdoria, Night Assailant, and the Giant Germs which all then become Necrofood.

I hope you enjoy this deck. It's not your typical Skill Drain deck, and it's not your typical Fiend deck, but they work quite well together. I find it's both very fun, and also annoying for your opponent.

EDIT: Changed to reflect the new 10/1 ban list and also changes made from further playtesting.

Ooh! Nice deck! I enjoy how you incorporated the best fiends out there, and some really good synergy with the spells and traps. Kudos to you, indeed.

From my experience using Skill Drain the Nobleman of Crossouts aren't really needed, personally I'd cut out the Last Wills as well (you're not likely to use Last Will for Kuriboh or Night Assialant, Giant Germs bring themselves out, leaving only Sangan and Newdoria) If Skill Drain is active you're not worried about face down monsters so long at the attack goes through, therefore, you're more concerned about trap cards. With that in mind.....

Instead of a couple of these cards I'd put in a pair of Dust Tornados and a Bait Doll. Giant Trunades are obviously nice so you don't destroy your own Skill Drain but how many times do you want to pay for it's activation?

One other trap you may consider running in here is Covering Fire. My arch nemesis (a.k.a. brother-in-law) currently has a Skill Drain deck and it is a brutal machine to go against. He keeps a Covering Fire in there to add to the brutality of it all. Just when you get your high tribute out to stop of of the Goblins, he doubles the attack of one, or worse, compiles it with his Ultimate Obedient Fiend 8^D
