final countdown deck???need help

Winged Kuriboh just needs to be on the field, and then destroyed. So it CAN be destroyed by Card effect by Exiled/MSLV2/Zaborg/Drillroid/etc. and it's effect still kicks in. (No Tributes though)

Yeah, run Winged Kuriboh in a Final Countdown. Even if you lose your monsters by battle, you still live by no LP damage by battle so it works. BTW, it have to hit the graveyard so if your Winged Kuriboh get NoC, it doesn't get it's effect.
 
ok, well Ceasefire and The Spell Absorbing Life would both help to kill the power of Dekoichi, Magician of Faith, and Mystic Swordsman LV2. I would consider the Spell Absorbing Life over Ceasefire since stalling is your major thing.

Mobius can be countered by things like Forced Back, which will negate the summons, thereby denying the effect and reducing their field by one (the tributed monster). Its only a delay tactic, but that IS what the deck is about.

As for Royal Decree, that's a bit harder. You only have 2 effects to deal with s/t threats: Breaker and MST. You can play around and up that removal, or just side it. I would say that you are depending too heavily on the trap stall effects if Decree was that much of a problem.

Try adding 2 Giant Trunade and a 3rd Nightmare Steelcage. You can re-use the Steelcage and Swords of Revealing Light a bit more to extend your time, while removing Decree from the field just long enough for effects like Waboku to get activated.
