When a monster equipped with Wicked-Breaking Flamberge - Baou negate the effect of the monster that resolve his effect after Damage Step right....

Please explain me the three type of effect of monster

Monster that resolve Before
Monster that resolve During
Monster that resolve After damage step

You are correct, the "Fiend Sword" negates the effects of monsters the equipped monster destroys, which is determined after damage calculation.

Here are a few examples to show the difference.

Effect that resolves AFTER damage calculation - Magician of Faith. Yes her card was flipped, but flip effects aren't resolved until after damage calculation, so the spell retrieval is gone.

Effect that resolves BEFORE damage calculation - Reflect Bounder. Before you even determine whether or not the monster is destroyed, its ability kicks in and inflicts damage to the opponenent. The "Fiend Sword" can't stop this.

Effect that resolves DURING damage calculation - Kazejin. While you are performing the damage calculation is when his ability kicks in to make the opponents ATK go to 0. Again, since we don't know whether or not Kazejin is destroyed or not yet, the "Fiend Sword" can't stop this. Injection Fairy Lily falls into this boat too.

Hope this helps!

It negates monster effects that activate after the monster is considered "destroyed". So for example Reflect Bounder's effect that does damage to the opponent happens before damage calculation so that would not be affected. If you attacked a set Night Assailant although the monster is flipped during damage calculation the speed of the effect being spell speed 1 means that it will activate after the damage step so the effect would be negated as long as the monster with Wicked Breaking successfully destroyed Night Assailant.
