Forced Back

Jathro said:
Forced Back will only negate a summon. It will not negate the activation of Exiled Force's effect.
And that's an important distinction, because it doesn't allow the monster to even get his effect because it was not considered to have been summoned.

short answer, sweet and simple:
Yes, it will.

long answer:
Same as with horn of heaven and solemn judgement, forced back negates summons.

when a monster's summoning is negated it never hits the field...
I should re-phrase that; when a monster's summoning is negated, it is considered to have never been on the field. (see flip summoning sangan vs. solemn judgement)

since the monster was never on the field, it's ability can not be activated.

further explination:
A player gets priority when their monster(s) has been successfully normal/fliped/special summoned. Again, this is not the case when the monster's summoning is negated.

I hope I helped :D

And it probably doesn't need said, but just incase.....

If you did negate exiled force being summoned using forced back, remember they can (and probably will) use the exiled force during their next turn. Remember, it goes back to the opponent's hand.
