Forced Requisitions vs Card Destruction

Is this combo legal?

Forced Requisitions is already active on player 1's side of the field. Player 1 has 5 cards and a Card Destruction in his hand. Player 2 has 5 cards in his hand. Player one activates Card Destruction. Does player 2 have to discard all the cards he draws with the effect of Card Destruction?

It is correct.

Forced Requisition's effect is continous, such thatit's effect will take place inbetween card activations and resolutions if triggered. However, it cannot interrupt the middle of any effect, so it cannot make someone discard after you discard for Card Destruction but before you draw, therefore the effect waits until the full effect of Card Destruction resolves before kicking in.
