Fusion Question with E-Heroes

Once they are fusion summoned properly, then after hitting the graveyard they get removed (Miracle Fusion for example) can Dimension Fusion or Return from the Different Dimension bring them back or do they fall under the "can only be fusion-summoned, not special summoned at all" semi-nomi status? My understanding is that when a fusion summon occurs (properly), then they can be returned even with Premature or Call from the graveyard, which would in turn I would think allow them to revive from RFP with either of those two or even D.D.M. - Different Dimension Master.

This has been a VERY heated debate on Pojo regarding the Shining Flame Wingman in EEN that does not seem to be near any kind of agreement.

It's just like Dark Paladin: they are NOMI monsters, and no card can summon them again.

Only fusion summons can bring them on the field.

You know, that's a good point though...

Elemental Hero Flame Wingman must of course be Fusion Summoned properly, and therefore cannot be Special Summoned by any other means per his text.

HOWEVER, does this change when he is then used as Fusion Material to Summon "Elemental Hero Shining Flame Wingman"? In other words, because Flame Wingman is being treated as Fusion Material and is sent to the Graveyard (or RFP in special cases) by a game mechanic, is he treated differently in this case and therefore able to be Special Summoned?

Or is he still a victim to his own text, regardless of what happens to him being summoned properly.

All of the Elemental Hero Fusion monsters are NOMI. They would not be able to be returned with "Dimension Fusion" or "Return from the Different Dimension" since they "cannot be Special Summoned EXCEPT by Fusion Summon."

it says that it can only be summoned 1 way and only that way is allowed.

Short answer: his own effect is having a nice meal called Elemental Hero Flame Wingman

EDIT: before misunderstanding comes: I think he can ONLY be Special Summoned by Fusion. So no return from the RFG for him

Only reason i ask is due to Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning. Even though his text reads can only be special summoned by.... if it is done properly he can be brought back with Premature Burial and Call of the Haunted

Is BLS not NOMI as the rest or is this a "different kind of NOMI"?

Just read (past tense) Dark Paladin. If the hero fusions are the same as the D-Pally (lol), why not cross reference that ruling to the heroes?

BLS-EOTB is different compared to the E-Hero's. The E-Hero's are like Dark Paladin... while BLS-EOTB can be Special Summoned from the RFG if he is properly Special Summoned first.

If it says "except by" in the summoning requirements, it's a Nomi monster. Any other Special Summon-only monster can be revived if it was correctly summoned first. With a card like Elemental Hero Flame Wingman, we know that since it's a Fusion monster, then it can only be special summoned in the first place. If you just read the first part of its description...

"This monster cannot be Special Summoned"

Or for others that say, "This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned"

...and stop right there, that means it can't be summoned at all...until you read further to see the only exception on how it can be summoned.
