Fusion recovery??

Hi folks,
i just looked up for a Ruling for Fusion Recovery and didn´t find it. So please help me with this:
When i activate this card there must be a "Polymerization" AND a Monster used for a Fusionsummon in my Graveyard right?

Also i found a ruling i am a little confused about:
"You can use "Fusion Recovery" to retrieve a Fusion Material Monster that was used with "Power Bond" or "Fusion Gate" or "Polymerization"."
I wonder how i can bring a Monster back that was used for a Fusionsummon via Monster Gate, cause it should be removed from game and not in the Graveyard i think. Is there a mistake in the registry or what??

Thx for reply

This question came up in another thread about a week ago and for the most part we think it is a ruling error. Either that, or it simply means that if the monsters used for the Fusion Summon are returned to your Graveyard somehow then they would still retain thier status as being used for a Fusion Summon, and still eleiglbe for retrival by Fusion Recovery.

So that brings up the question how long is a monster stated as used for a Fusionsummon.
For example:
I play Polymerization to Fusionsummon my nice Sanexe. Then i play De-Fusion to bring both Monsters back to the field. After that one of these monsters is destroyed by battle or anything else. Is this monster now still stated as used for a Fusionsummon ?
(I think it isn´t!)
So when does this state reset?

Our best guess right now is that once a monster is used as a Fusion Material Monster it retains that status until returned to the hand or deck. So bringing them back to the field won't erase this.

Fusion Recovery will bring back any monster that was used in a Fusion Summon reguardless. However, the only exceptions are if the monster(s) is brought back to your hand or deck. Remove from play has no restriction on Fusion Recovery, however it shouldn't have to ability to bring back a Fusion Material Monster that was removed from play according to its text. That part of the ruling with Power Bond, Fusion Gate, etc. isn't clear and should be cleared up.

IMO we'll get some crack pot ruling like with the Toon Monsters v.s. Skill Drain when they're summoned successfully and then Skill Drain is removed from the field the same time they're summoned. Their ruling is strange and makes no sense to me.

Anyway, that's MY official ruling on Fusion Recovery. Probably doesn't count for much. =/

I've thought of a reason on why the say Fusion Recovery can be used to bring back a monster from Power Bond and such.

The reason you can is because if you Dimension Fusion, Miracle Dig, Return from the Different Dimension, D. D. M - Different Dimension Master them back on the field or other wise give the chance to throw them in the Graveyard still makes them a valid card to get back with the effect.

=) Does that make any sense to you guys? Does to me.
