I think you should just run 3 "Contract with the Abyss". "End of the World" gives you no advantage at all since that requires the exact level of tribute material that Contract would and Contract would give you more options too (albeit very slim options) to get out Relinquished as well. Other than that, find a way to squeeze in Royal Decree. With the fact you have very little S/T destruction (or even removal from the field) in the deck and few other traps to protect you, attacking is a risky option and moreso, you're not always going to have 2000 life points to drop for Demise. Even if you did get the effect off, you'd still be subject to Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, Ring of Destruction, etc. Since I think 2 Fissures and 2 Smashing Grounds are a bit overkill, I'd say drop 1 or 2 of them and put in 2 Royal Decrees. Personally, I had very good luck with just 6 traps: Call, Ring, Mirror Force, Ceasefire (instead of Torrential) and 2 Decrees. The Decrees will help protect Demise and the Ceasefire will further give you more targets for the Smashing Grounds. If you want to keep 1 Fissure, drop the Cylinder then. Ceasefire can be your "burn" card, and like I said, will help give you more targets for your single shot killers.

Running End of the World and Contract with the Abyss together is simply a way to duck the random Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell I run into from time to time...it is ONLY in there to summon Demise. The chances of multiples being useful for Relinquished are way too slim for it to be of any worth to me, to be honest.

For the most part on the s/t, I was going a similar line to the Japanese "standard" Gadget deck's lineup, but I simply threw in my typical Ritual twist. The ideal situation's rather simple:
1) Demise nukes the field.
2) I summon a Gadget.
3) Attack for 3500+.
4) Repeat to have you dead in no more than 3 turns.

I get the premise. Just the way it's built, you are setting yourself up to burn 2000 and get little if nothing in return more times than not. Currently, Demise is going to eat up your hand very quickly even with Gadgets in there. So once you lose the first one, you'll be at an extreme disadvantage. It's not something you can afford to go 1-4-1 with with cards like Fissure/Smashing Ground. If Demise is going to be your main focus, you really need to have measures to ensure he'll stay on the field.

Or when you summon Demise go for OTK. (use stuff like Metamorphosis, Last Will, etc. to swarm the field) Yeah, if your gunna run two different type of Ritual monster, definately just go for 3x Contract. The worst thing that can happen to you is to get mismatching ritual monster/spell in your hand. And your recruiter line-up is a bit odd as well. I can see the Giant Rat, but I don't see the point of random Tomato and Apprentice.

I would think 2 Snipe Hunters (I just love this card) would be a nice fit in this deck, take out the Apprentice Magicians for them.

I would go for something like this.

Monsters:
3 Manju of the Ten Thousand Hands
2 Senju of the Ten Thousand Hands
2 Demise, King of the Armageddon
3 Yellow Gadget
3 Green Gadget
3 Red Gadget
3 Snipe Hunter

1 Sonic Bird

Spells:
3 Contract with the Abyss
2 Smashing Ground
2 Fissure
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Black Illusion Ritual
1 End of the World
