1. I have 1 Night Assailant in my Graveyard and 1 in my Hand
Now I Play Graceful Charity, Draw 3 Card's

Now it Breaks down can I:
Discard Night Assailant get other Back Discard that one and get the Other Back to get 3 Free Card's??

And if I have 2 in my Hand Discard both can I get both back then?

2. I Play Delinquent Duo my Opponent's only Card is Silent Swordsman Lv5
Now it Breaks down he claims:
He's Uneffected by Magic so he Stays in my Hand is this True?
It doesnt say it has to be on the Field or something...

But wouldnt SSLV5 be a bit overpowered then o_o

Same thing I Played Book of Life his only Monster in his Graveyard was SSLV5 again he claimed I cant cause hes uneffected Please make this Clear ^_^

Afraid not. You see the discards for Graceful happen at the same time. You discard both Night Assailants simuteaneously. Since Night Assailant can't target itself, it can however target the other Night Assailant and you'd end up getting both back.

Maybe I misunderstood you three for free comment initially. But yes you'd end up keeping the three cards.

Silent Swordsman's effect doesn't apply when he's in your hand or in the Graveyard.

Okey Silent is Clear Night Assailant still not if I get it right

If I discard 2 Night Assailant at the Same Time
I get them both back so get me 3 Free Cards

BUT if 1 is in my Grave AND 1 in my Hand I get only 1 Back??

The FAQ ruling is this:

When multiple "Night Assailants" are sent to the Graveyard at the same time because of "Graceful Charity", etc., both can be returned to your hand because "Night Assailant" cannot select itself but CAN select a different "Night Assailant", even one that was sent to the Graveyard at the same time.

Your not getting three for free technically. Your keeping one for Graceful and the two discarded Night Assailants are returning each other to your hand.

Allright I get it so when you have 2 in the hand both get back

now the last consideration

1 in grave 1 in hand. Graceful Charity

theres no way to keep the cards??
or do i have to discard 1 assailant and another one after that i get 1 assailant back?

In that situation, you can discard the Night Assailant in your hand to get the one in the Graveyard.

Keep in mind that Night Assailant is now Semi-Restricted to two-per-deck.

Actually Silent Swordman is unaffected by spell cards at all times(otherwise it would say "as long as this card remains face up on the field").
Effects that continue to work while in the Graveyard or hand almost exclusively say so. "As long as this card remains face up on the field" is sometimes left out of an effect for brevity's sake.

ok, with the question about having 1 Night Assailant in grave and one in hand, you can only retrieve one of the Night Assailants because of this : you activate Graceful Charity, then when it resolves you draw three cards. You then discard 2 (these are discarded at the same time), then because Night Assailant was discarded, you can select a flip effect monster to add to your hand. If you sent 2 to the graveyard, their effects would activate at the same time, then the chain would resolve by you selecting one of them, taking it back to your hand, then select the other one, add that one to your hand.

For the question involving SSLV5, he is affected by spell cards while in the hand, deck, and graveyard.

I hope this is helpful.

If he were unaffected while in the graveyard, this means you could not use Premature Burial to bring him back. You CAN use Premature Burial to bring Silent Swordsman LV 5 back to the field, then once he is on the field he is unaffected by Premature Burial, which means if it is destroyed, he is not.

I hope this is helpful.
Silent Swordsman LV5 is only unaffected by your OPPONENTS Spell Cards while he is face-up on the field. If you reborn him with Premature Burial, he most certainly can be destroyed by its effect if Premature is destroyed while he is targeted by it's effect.
