First you would have to find official documentation as to what "Ultra Rare" means when it comes to the actual print style of the card. We all consider it to be a holo artwork/gold foil title card, but I personally have never seen anything stating that's what it MUST be.

If you're going to go after them, go after them for the false advertising of card ratios. Everyone knows they're BS, but UDE always makes the "over the entire production run" claim when poked about it :D I've opened cases and cases and cases of cards and I can tell you with certainty that 1:24 is a blatent lie :D

I would love to see your writ on this matter. Let me know and we can make a special locked thread for it somewhere.

Yeah, funny thing, WHERE IS A TARGET NEAR ME? You would think there be one in my vacinity but nope. Anyway, yeah I had to go to Chicago for a week and had to catch up on other things this week before I came back. I would most definitely get them on false advertising, but it would not take much to find documentation on what is a Ultra Rare and Secret Rare, but I will write to them first before I tell them "See you in court, time to get paid."
 
I found these today. The "Elemental Hero Wildheart" IS the same Hybrid Rare printing that we saw with the initial set of CT1 Tins. It is NOT a Secret Rare printing. At least none of the ones I saw were Secret Rare printings.

So, the Hybrid Rare can still be considered to be an Ultra Rare printing.
 
I know that. But I asked earlier and it was stated they were the Secret Rare printings, which started the whole, false advertising crud. I was just clearing that up.

I never went back to the Thread after I posted that it was Secret Rare Lettering or I would have killed it prior to your post by saying that it didnt have the stripes.
