Harpies from Rise of Destiny

Is it true that teh new Harpies from Rise of Destiny will have teh same ruling as Legendary Ocean/Umi, in that you can only have 3 in your deck? So a Harpie deck couldn't look like:

[3] Harpie Lady
[3] Harpie Lady #1
[3] Harpie Lady #2
[3] Harpie Lady #3

If so, I am very disappointed. I've been waiting so long to play a proper Harpie deck.

I've never heard of this ruling before. So, you can't have 3 A Legendary Ocean and 3 Umi in your deck and side deck. I thought these card are separate from each other.

I know that After Genocide and After the Struggle are the same card, but with different names because of UDE's Errata, so you can only have 3 cards on your deck and side deck with these cards.

The ruling for ALO and Umi is as stated. A maximum of 3 of either of the cards total are legal, but no more. This is because "A Legendary Ocean"'s name is "Umi".

that would mean that you have to make a combination of ALO with UMi and the sorts?

so any cards with the text, "This card is treated as ???" that means you can only have max 3 of in any combination.

that means that

you can only have this combination

1x harpy Lady 1
1x harpy Lady 2
1x harpy Lady 3
3x Harpy Lady Sisters

Or

3x harpy Lady 1
3x harpy lady sisters

or

3x harpy Lady 2

or

etc... etc. etc..

man, to bad for harpy, but atleast they get the field bost, and the Triangle extasy sparks.

This is weird.

A Legendary Ocean
This card's name is treated as "Umi". Downgrade all WATER monsters in both player's hands and on the field by 1 Level. Increases the ATK and DEF of all WATER monsters by 200 points.

The first sentence looks like an effect to me. When this field is activated, it is treated as if it was Umi. Then, the second effect would be to downgrade all WATER monsters on the field. Then the third effect for the power boost.

Now, if I treat the first sentence as an effect, then the two cards (ALO and Umi) will be two distinct card.

It isn't an effect in the general sense. When a card's effect says 'This card's name is ...', it really means that 'This card's name is ...'. This is evident in the Prohibition rulings as well. You can never name A Legendary Ocean for Prohibition because there is no card named A Legendary Ocean (The card with the printed name A Legendary Ocean is actually named Umi). This name applies for all aspects of deck construction as well as cards that search for a card's name.
If it were just an effect, then cards like Elegant Egotist would not be able to search for the oddly named Harpie cards (which we already know is possible). Whenever a card says 'This card's name is ...' it applies to ALL aspects where the name is used, including Deck Construction.

For all intents and purposes, the name of "A Legendary Ocean" is treated as "Umi", including deck-building. So 3x "Umi" and 3x "A Legendary Ocean" is illegal, because now you have 6x "Umi".

I think this ruling will also go for the Harpie's.

The ""This card's name is treated as "Umi""" portion of ALO is more of a condition then an actual effect. This is similar to Dark Ruler Ha Des not being able to be revived from the graveyard or certain fusion monsters only being able to be fusion summoned or summoned by its exact fusion material monsters.
