I prefer Giant Trunade to Heavy Storm in decks where you want a field spell card out.

Also, add a Sinister Serpent and drop a Gagagigo and I think you're pretty solid.

In my area, I am considered the Master of Water Decks, as I have ran a Water Deck 9 times, and have won at least 7 tournaments with them.

Yes... Add Sinister for sure. And do not play Card Destruction in the Main Deck. You also know that Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus has been errata'd so that you must Tribute a Levia-Dragon - Daedalus to Special Summon it. So if you play ODLND, you have to play LDD too.

Tornado Wall only stops Battle Damage, so run only 1 of them and 1 Waboku, as well as 1 more Tornado Wall and Waboku in the Side Deck.

Run 2 Amphibious Bugroth MK-3 and 1 Mermaid Knight in the Main Deck, then run 1 ABMK3 and 2 MK in the Side.

Sakuretsu is the best choice for that last decision you were making. And drop 1 Gravity Bind and Side Deck it.

i like the skill drain and heart of the underdog, thats realy gonna mess people up, id probly put in a couple of fusiliers, they absoulutely kick butt with the skill drains!!
